Account and data deletion

SmartRideshare powers multiple programs and apps aimed at simplifying commutes, facilitating carpools and vanpools, tracking commute trips and more. SmartRideshare systems are used for many purposes such as incentive management and distribution. Depending on your usage and account history, some or all data may be deleted upon receipt of your request, but some data such as transactions and account balances may remain. We may retain some data for a longer duration in our archives and records in order to deter fraud, abuse or a breach of our contract, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud, abuse or breach of our contract will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account.

• Use the email account you used to sign up in the system. 
• Send an email to support@icarpool.com with "Delete Account" in the subject line.
• In the body, be sure to copy paste the complete URL of the system AND/OR provide the name of the app you want to be removed from.
